Art

I draw n stuff. Art is what I would likely consider my strongest skill right now, and I try to do it often. I do mostly digital art but also some traditional, and I eventually want to break into animation and maybe 3D modelling. This page serves as a gallery of my work that I find to be decent enough to show to the public.

Above all else I am interested in making art that appeals to me emotionally and makes me feel things. I feel that this is one of the biggest things in deciding whether I truly enjoy art I see. Aside from that a lot of my work revolves around science fiction, at least in varying degrees. I sense immense creative opportunity working within the genre, and I also feel there is an incredible amount of room for exploration in it even after the many decades of its existence.

Another way I would describe my efforts is that I simply want to make things that I want to see that I feel no one else has made before. I think I enjoy at least the vast majority of art for being exercises of human creativity, but only some of it is particularly interesting to me. Some few works however make me feel small slivers of catharsis in their monumental beauty. That is what I am after. I want to feel this so bad, over and over, and while I hunt and hunt for art that makes me feel this way, I suspect the only way to feel the most of it I can is to make it myself and have it speak to my personal tastes.
